Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day refund or replacement of any wine which is damaged or faulty.
Any faulty wine is to be returned to the cellars. To arrange this, firstly phone us on (08) 8737 2322 or email us at email@example.com immediately and we will arrange Australia Post to pick up the wine.
Photographs of damaged stock should be emailed to the cellars email address.
Once the wine is returned to our cellar or evidence received of the damaged stock, a refund (less shipping & handling) or replacements will be provided.
